How We Provide Service

Can I call you at New Earth Village?

Yes. You can use Skype or call our landline or send us an email. Click on 'Contact.'  We look forward to talking to you.

Does New Earth Village provide one-on-one coaching or in-person workshops?

No, not at this time. Right now, our sole focus is to get New Earth Village up and running, servicing lots of communities online. We strongly believe, however, that face-to-face engagements with you, our members, is essential to our relationship and to keeping New Earth Village relevant, and we plan to do that.

You say New Earth Village services are for all kinds of indigenous groups, yet you only talk about communities. Why is that?

We use the word ‘community’ broadly to mean any group or organization. See Words (page bottom or sidebar) for this and other word meanings.

When you use the words ‘indigenous’ or First Peoples' who are you referring to?

You decide for yourself. In our minds, anyone who says they’re indigenous is indigenous, including, of course, folks of mixed descent.

If we’re not happy with SOAR ProTraining can we get our money back?

If you have selected courses from SOAR Singles and you decide that the courses are not satisfactory, call or email us within 15 days of activating the course and we will refund your full course fee (once we've confirmed your payment).

If you have subscribed to a pathway (program) which you find unsatisfactory, call or email us within 15 days of activating the pathway and we will refund your full subscription fee (once we've confirmed your payment).

If say, four months down the road, you decide that you no longer wish to continue your subscription, contact us and we will promply stop the subscription. You can also unsubscribe yourself in the New Earth Village Store. Fees you have already paid, however, are not refundable. Therefore, the best time to unsubscribe is near the end of your payment period (not at the beginning!).
